Simon Barry

After working at Hamptons International and with European Land at Paddington Basin, Simon moved to Knight Frank for 10 years where he was a partner in residential development. Major clients included Argent at King’s Cross, Qatari Diar at Grosvenor Waterside and Sellar Propery for the Shard. Simon provides development consultancy for developers on large-scale mixed-use projects and high value prime central London developments. He has extensive experience of working alongside developers’ professional teams to take projects from early planning to the eventual sales and marketing.
