Sam Butler

Sam is a specialist in the valuation, negotiation, sale and purchase of country houses, cottages, farms and estates. As founding partner he oversees the firm's rural business and property team and also the lettings department. Educated at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Sam has been based in Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire since 1980. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an RICS Registered Valuer and an experienced auctioneer and expert witness.
