Philip is an RIBA Charted Architect with over 10 years’ experience across varying scales and sectors, from one-off luxury homes to multi-unit residential developments and masterplanning. As Director of Projects at RedBook, Philip leads the output of the RedBook Projects team, including establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and Partners, and managing the planning of all of RedBook’s projects from end to end. Previously, Philip worked for architect-developer Mike Spink, designing and delivering the remodelling of two Grade II listed villas in Notting Hill from brief and feasibility studies through planning to tender, construction packages and interior design development. He also worked at Assael Architecture, an ‘AJ Top 50’ practice, where Philip led the £130 million development project, Leaside Lock, to deliver 500 homes amongst many other major housing schemes. Before that, he began his career with three years at the prominent architecture practice, Allies and Morrison, helping to design and deliver large-scale residential developments and urban masterplans.
