Olivia Holt

Olivia joined as an Associate in Iceni’s Delivery team in May 2019 having worked in private sector consultancy firms for over five years. Over this time, Olivia has advised clients in the public and private sector, seeking to understand and maximise their individual objectives. Olivia is skilled in providing long term consultancy advice on development opportunities, carrying out feasibility studies, financial modelling, development viability and affordable housing negotiations. Her experience ranges from advising on the development potential of small sites to advising on the affordable housing on large scale regeneration sites, referable to the GLA.
