Nick advises clients around Yorkshire on all matters of rural land agency and surveying. He has developed his experience in all aspects surrounding valuations, property management, landlord and tenant matters and residential lettings as well as other areas of professional work. Nick joined Strutt & Parker as a graduate in 2008. Nick became a qualifed chartered surveyor in 2010 following two years structured training with Strutt & Parker and a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading. In 2012 he became a qualifed agricultural valuer and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers; in 2014 Nick became a member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents.
