Matt Crofton

Matt was formerly Publisher of the award-winning Spear’s magazine and Managing Editor of magazines and yearbooks for the Annabel’s group of private members clubs, Aspinalls casino, the Epsom Derby Festival, Sudeley Castle and the Historic Grand Prix Cars Association. He has appeared as a property expert on Radio 4, has sat on panels for various HNW and property-related awards events, and writes on art, finance, property and travel for a wide range of publications and clients including Quintessentially Magazine, Sunseeker yachts and Conrad Hotels.

Dan Crofton

Dan has over 20 years of experience in the prime residential property industry, and a law degree to boot. Before co-founding PrimeResi, he was Managing Partner of a specialist buying agency, completing major acquisitions for a high-profile individuals and corporate clients throughout prime central London and the Home Counties. He now edits PrimeResi, and regularly provides copy-writing and consultancy services to Blue Chip real estate clients.
