Property management group HML Holdings has snapped up a south east London-based firm for £715k.
Set up in 2009, Managed Living Partnership looks after some 1,500 apartments spread across 40 central London blocks and has annual earnings of around £555k.
Founders Nigel Glen and Richard Kozak will carry on as consultants and the business and all of its employees will continue to operate from the existing Bermondsey base.
Rob Plumb, Chief Executive of HML: We are delighted to welcome the MLP team to the HML Group. MLP’s culture and business model offering a high service level to local property owners is entirely compatible with HML’s. Having this additional presence in central London and the Docklands will be a significant advantage for us in the future.”
HML is one of the UK’s biggest independent property managers, with 12 offices and 50,000 units under management.
