Ultra-prime specialist Domvs London has struck an off-market deal to buy one of the best development sites on The Bishops Avenue.

Domvs London CEO Jon O’Brien

The prize 2.5 acre swathe of “verdant” gardens on the world famous Hampstead thoroughfare – abutting the Heath – was sold for an undisclosed sum by Trevor Abrahmsohn’s Glentree Estates, who described it as a “trophy purchase”.

Set up by Jon O’Brien in 2002, Domvs is renowned for building opulent mansions of the giga variety across the UK and Americas, with current projects including The Park Bel Air – a trio of jaw-dropping estates in Los Angeles’s “Platinum Triangle”.

Glentree’s MD, Trevor Abrahmsohn

Trevor Abrahamsohn, Glentree: ‘This marks a significant strategic purchase for Domvs London, in probably the finest part, of one of London’s most revered residential avenues.  Knowing their absolute passion and commitment to perfection on all levels, from design to delivery we are super excited to see their plans develop for this beautiful site.”

Jon O’Brien, CEO Domvs London: We are genuinely delighted to have landed this ‘off market’ opportunity to conceive and develop what we believe will become an iconic project, in what is appreciated as probably the best neighbourhood in town, striking the right balance between quality of lifestyle and healthy living, yet within 12 minutes of Central London and all it has to offer.”
