Our journey into property management started in 2012 following demand from clients looking for a trusted property management firm. Somerset Estates was first established as the 'property arm' of Somerset Consult (founded in 2007), a firm of chartered surveyors.

By using our knowledge of construction and property, we're able to provide specialist expertise and assurance, by a team of highly experienced and devoted staff.

We're here for every aspect of personal management. From being on call for emergencies, day-to-day maintenance and arranging improvement works, to appointing household staff, organising weekly security checks and stocking the fridge.
