Knowles are looking for a Marketing & CRM Assistant to support the Marketing Director with day-to-day activities, including special project work, as well as the Board of Directors on Business Development activations.
Knowles is a leading contractor in the super-prime construction sector, delivering residential and commercial schemes across Central and Greater London, and the Home Counties. Working closely with the Marketing Director, the individual will be responsible for a range of tasks that allow Knowles to maintain and support their renowned position within the super-prime construction sector, ensuring that brand recognition and aesthetic is maintained across all marketing channels, whilst also being responsible for creative-thinking on new and innovative ideas.
Key attention to detail, organisation and creativity is imperative with the role, and given the variety of tasks the successful applicant will need to be versed in a range of social platform programmed including website CMS, social media platform management tools and InDesign.
Whilst marketing experience in the Construction sector is not vital, and awareness and interest of the industry is required and preferred.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
•Support Directors and Senior Management with actioning requirements on any new business/ business development conversations – including issuing/ mailing brochures
•Manage Knowles’ Website CRM system and action any business leads via this medium
•Management of Client Database
•Management of Knowles Contact Book Database
•Management and Analysis of Glenigan Software and produce fortnightly reports for directors
•Support Marketing Director with the management of Social Media platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Vimeo
•Support Marketing Director on Project Tenders
•Support Marketing Director on Website Updates via CMS
•Collaborate on new marketing initiatives with partners
