Senior Sales Consultant – New Homes

GKR London are working with a Private Equity backed private Developer who have instructed us to find them an experienced Senior Sales Consultant for their flagship scheme in Richmond upon Thames.

You will be working on a standout 200+ development which has exceptional and unrivalled facilities, which are incomparable with other Developments locally. Selling a range of units from 1 bed apartments up to townhouses, you will be working on a premium scheme for this award winning Client.

Ideally, you will be familiar with the local area (Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Kingston etc) and have an strong understanding of New Homes and the sales process within.

You will be dealing with Applicants from enquiry stage, through to viewings, showcasing the development and managing the sales progression for reserved properties.

This role would suit someone with over 10 years experience in the industry, rather than a more junior level individual.

Overall package can be flexible depending on the individual but a Basic Salary circa £40,000 + commission and bonus is on offer.
