Senior Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll help identify and acquire property opportunities in London. You will effectively manage landlords, negotiate consents and approvals. You will build and manage lasting relationships with your key clients and stakeholders around the world. You’ll work directly within the sales team here to bring in new business and play a critical role in the growth of the business. You must have a strong background in sales and/or lettings with connections across the sector.

What you’ll be doing

Management of property pipeline and efficient filtering of new opportunities

Origination of new acquisition opportunities

Negotiation of commercial terms and final legal documentation for suitable for opportunities

Assist in actively reviewing the property growth strategy and identification of key target locations

Building and maintaining key industry relationships and origination channels in order to drive high-quality deal flow

What you’ll bring

You will need to have a strong UK real estate sector knowledge and have previously worked for other property development companies

Strong network and contacts within the industry

Strong written, verbal, presentation and collaboration skills – you’ll be collaborating widely, all around our business

You need to have great curiosity – be inquisitive and challenge the status quo.

We are looking for a confident critical-thinker that can jump into many different problems, markets and situations and come up with tactical recommendations.

We need someone who can work with people from around the world, taking the time to understand their local nuances and challenges
