Residential Sales Manager (Boutique Agency)

GKR London have been instructed by a market-leading, dominant Agent in North West London to find a high performing, experienced Sales Manager for their team.

Ideally you would have a strong working knowledge of NW6/NW2 and be familiar with £/psqft in these markets.

A demonstrable track record of personal deals and effectively managing a team is essential.

Duties will include:

Meet and exceed all personal targets
Consistently provide excellent customer service
Arrange and conduct viewings – personal deals are an element of this role
Actively manage the Sales Negotiators, checking call stats, sales figures, viewings, appointments etc. to maximise income for the company
Conduct 121 meetings and weekly Monday morning team meetings
Incentivise the Sales team to drive sales figures and stats forward
Ensure the company reaches quarterly and yearly goals
Individual profile:

Minimum of 5 years Residential Sales experience
Currently operating in a Sales Manager role
Proven sales track record
Well-presented and money motivated
Very organised and structured
Strong track record in valuations/instructions
Experience in managing a team of 2 or more
Package and Hours:

£35,000-£40,000 basic salary
10-15% tiered commission structure
10-12-15% profit share
Guarantee of between £50-60k in first 2-3 months
£3-10k annual bonus
Company Car (BMW) or Car Allowance
£85-90k OTE
