GKR London have been instructed to find a Regional New Homes Sales Manager for one of London’s largest and most recognisable companies. Due to an internal move, they are looking to add an experienced New Homes Manager to cover a large area of their network.
If you have experience within New Homes (Agency side is preferred), with a background in leading a Sales team, winning new business and leading from the front in terms of leadership and productivity then this could be a huge step in your career.
You will be tasked with winning new instruction from small to mid-range Developers, ensuring these instructions are sold and marketed across the company network and you will take the lead in ensuring our Client is at the forefront of the market.
– £30,000 – £45,000 basic salary
– Company Car or £5,000 car allowance
– Tiered commission structure
– Initial guarantee
– £85,000 OTE
