One of the UK’s most revered Developers has instructed GKR London to find an exceptional Candidate to join their expanding China Desk sales team.
After recently launching a 3,000+ unit scheme, they are negotiating a period of rapid growth and increased sales activity from mainland Chinese buyers, with this in mind, they are in need of another Sales Consultant for their Central London based team.
Ideally you would be coming from a similar role, with experience in London New Homes sales, or be operating in a Mandarin speaking B2B/B2C position, with a strong working knowledge of the London market.
– Building and maintaining relationships with London based Agents on behalf of Chinese Buyers and Investors
– Managing the process from initial enquiry, reservation, through to exchange of sales contracts
– Conduct and carry out viewings across multiple developments within the portfolio
– Working within a target based team environment
– Ensure the reputation of the company is upheld and be an ambassador the brand
