Associate (Residential Development)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the highly regarded Prime Central London team for one of GKR London’s long standing clients.

Supported by the wider team, this role is responsible for generating sales, managing current instructions, managing on site operations in line with targets whilst maintaining a highly professional profile and relationship with our clients.

Main responsibilities include:

Achieve sales targets – sell units as profitably as possible
Developing new business from both new and existing clients
Report writing and pricing exercise compiling
Creating a strategy to generate business with an agreed list of targets
Preparing and presenting pitches to existing and prospective clients
Targeting key clients throughout the year and carrying out relevant structured meetings
Have a sound knowledge of prime central London development values together with a keen awareness of local competition

Particular Aptitudes required

Experience in either new home sales or estate agency
Must have the drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace
The capacity to promote the professional image of the business effectively
The ability to formulate business strategies for the development of the business and implement them successfully
Flexibility to travel to meet the needs of the role
Good time Management skills
